Kelly Cobbett and Husband Michael make up the this very exciting Duo of Roots and Wings. They perform a wide range of country music to satisfy the listeners dancers and partners. Hard to believe that until 2012 Michael had never picked up a guitar to play. Kelly gave him six months to learn and then throw him in the deep end calling him up on to stage at one of the gigs with her band. Hence Roots and Wings were born. They now travel the UK now performing as a Duo and as a Band to suit the work available. Performing mainly covers with a sprinkle of self penned items keeps them extremely popular with their wide ranging audience. The songs they do cover the decades while their fans and followers are growing performance on performance.
Whilst Nikki Jo Brown is a new name to the scene, she has already achieved national recognition as the upcoming act of 2020. Her enthusiasm, fantastic vocals and commitment to providing excellent performances reflects in the high demand from clubs, line dance events and festivals.
