Badlands

Now in their 7^th year, Badlands continue to play on the UK country circuit with their own unique take on modern and classic country music. In 2023, they welcome Julian Widdop on bass guitar and vocals – bringing 3-part harmonies to their show, along with Julian’s sharp, “no prisoners” wit and banter. The full line up is Russ Kitchin, Heather Kitchin, Ash Thompson and the afore mentioned Julian. Always updating their set lists or looking for ways to keep the show fresh, be ready for anything from the 60’s to present day – always done “the Badlands way”.

Followers of Badlands will be aware of Tris Bradder leaving the band due to serious illness – the band can confirm he is in good spirits and making good, steady progress. He is always appreciative of the comments and encouragement from followers and audiences all over the country – which are always passed onto him.
